Yesterday, Kim and I were fortunate to listen to 6 hours of presentations by the “Taylor Swift” of farming. Joel Salatin has inspired so many to change the way they look and think about food. We sat front row and absorbed as much as we could and loved every second of it. Thank you Joel for helping so many understand the importance of pasture based, regenerative, bio diverse foods and giving them the incentives to find local farmers in their communities to serve them.

Our farm is the best place to raise little humans. We can only meet our goals with your support. In exchange, you receive healthy, diverse, responsible, local, nutrient-dense food from our Fox Valley Wisconsin farm. We know how important those little people are in all of our lives.
We lost a good one this week. Otis was a great greeter, friend and livestock guardian and will be sorely missed on our farm. He was suffering from a cancerous tumor in his rear ankle that had then restricted blood flow to his paw. After seeing him on the decline we knew it was time. RIP Otis.
This is just a reminder that we are operating within our "Winter Hours" schedule. We will be open for three Saturdays this February. You can always order online for delivery to the Fox Valley or select "on-farm pickup" to pick up at your convenience.
