Meat CSA

We offer two CSA bundles for you to choose from;
The Family Share (8Lbs), $85.00 per month
– with two dozen eggs $99.00 per month
– with four dozen eggs $113.00 per month
The Farmer Share (16Lbs), $155.00 per month
– with two dozen eggs $169.00 per month
– with four dozen eggs $183.00 per month

Shares will be delivered the Tuesday following your subscription payment each month. Deliveries are made to anywhere within our delivery area. Please see the FAQ page for a map of delivery areas.
A share may contain Beef, Pork, and Chicken. If you are gone for a month or need some time to clear out your freezer, no worries! We just ask that you please give us some notice and we will be happy to accommodate you. We will do our best to give you a variety of cuts and selections that will be useful for most families.
Beef cuts included: rib, porterhouse, T-bone and sirloin steaks, chuck and rump roast, stew meat, and ground beef.
Pork cuts included: chops, steaks, roasts, shanks, sausage, bratwurst, and bacon.
Chicken may be whole or cut.

Eggs are plentiful in the spring and summer. As winter approaches our flock’s egg production dwindles. We may run short through the cold months. If this happens we will reimburse you for any shortfalls in our egg supply.

If at any time you would like to adjust from one CSA selection to another or cancel altogether, start by unsubscribing from your current subscription. We understand financial situations change, needs change, and habits can change. There is no cancelation fee and you may discontinue your CSA at any time​. We believe this is the best value on the farm and are confident that you will be satisfied with our product, service, ​ and efforts in building a sustainable agricultural system.
